Racing oil pan Empty Racing oil pan

I appear to be having a bottom end oiling issue with my L67.  Is there a oil pan available that "scrapes" the oil off the crank so that the bottom end gets plenty of oil when cornering hard?  I don't want to go to the expense of a dry sump.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
